Airlife Ambulance Air ICU Differentials
1. Request for Air Removal
The patient or their legal representative contact Airlife Ambulance via telephone +55 0800 602 7070, +55 (62) 3096-7070, +55 (62) 98147-8741 (WhatsApp) or email fretamento@voesete. com.br and requests a quote, offering only the basic origin and destination data. The Airlife Ambulance Charter Center is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
2. Budget
The Charter Center will provide a quote and pass it on to the client or their representative for approval/payment. After the payment is made, the patient's medical regulation is carried out.
3. Medical Regulation
Medical regulation is carried out through contact between Airlife Ambulance doctors and the patient's doctors at the originating hospital. If the patient's clinical condition is approved for removal, flight planning begins.
4. Flight Planning
Once the possibility of removing the patient has been approved, Airlife Ambulance carries out the entire process of defining the aircraft, crew, medical team for the mission, and contacts with the ambulances of origin, destination, and others. General post-regulation preparations require around 2 hours for the aircraft to take off from the base towards the origin of the flight.
5. Flight Performance
The flight is carried out with the support of the entire air ICU structure, including Mechanical Ventilation System, Vital Sign Monitors, Infusion Pumps and others. When neonatal, it has an incubator and other necessary equipment. The patient is accompanied by a specialist ICU doctor and a nurse.
6. After-sales
Once the flight has taken place, all reports relevant to the mission are produced, as well as a customer satisfaction survey.
