    • Airlife Ambulance respects the privacy of its users, establishing a Privacy Policy in accordance with international legislation, as well as protecting user data in secure systems and databases. This ensures that only authorized persons have access to the data.

You agree to the data practices, including the collection, use, processing, and sharing of information as described in this document, as well as the transfer and processing of information based on the country of origin, departure, stopover, or destination of your flight. You acknowledge that the laws, regulations, and standards of the country in which your information is stored or processed may be different from those in your home country.

 

  1. TERMS OF USE
    • Registration – Registrations made through this website are made available to the Charter Center for contact/quotes. Data such as: name, telephone number, email, type of flight, origin, destination and other information related to the mission are recorded.
    • Age – There is no minimum age requirement for accessing the website. The minimum age to sign the Service Agreement is 16 (sixteen) years, or older if required by the legislation of the user’s country, and in accordance with the legislation applicable to air medical transportation and executive air taxi.
    • Devices and Software – The user accesses the website and the information through devices that have access to systems and data connections, which are not provided by this company. While using the services, the user authorizes the sending and downloading of data.
    • Fees and Taxes – User is responsible for all carrier data plans, fees and taxes associated with data usage and site access.

 

 

 

  1. DATA COLLECTED
    • Access Logs – Automatic collection of access logs, which include IP address, date and time, type of equipment used, interactions with pages, time spent accessing each page, interactions between social networks, location and characteristics of devices, operating systems used, data such as age, profession and others. This data is managed by Google and other tools, aiming to provide market intelligence. Communications with the website may generate:
      • Behavior collection;
      • Distinguish unique users;
      • Determine which domain to evaluate;
      • Control the request rate;
      • Remember the number and time of previous visits;
      • Remember traffic source information;
      • Analysis of the beginning and end of a session.

    • Harm to Airlife Ambulance or Users – Do not access, use, copy, adapt, modify, create derivative works, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, execute or any form of exploitation, (or help third parties to do so), of the services in a manner that is not permitted or authorized, or in a way that harms or burdens systems, users or third parties, including, whether directly or through automation:
      • reverse engineer, alter, modify, create derivative works from, decompile or extract code from the Website/Services;
      • upload, store or transmit viruses or other harmful codes using the website/services;
      • obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the website/services or systems;
      • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website/Services;
      • collect information from or about users in an impermissible or unauthorized manner;
      • sell, resell, rent or charge for the services; or
      • distribute or make available the layout, photos, texts or partial or total information of the website/services.
    • Third-Party Services – Services may allow third parties to have access to your data, in a controlled manner, and forwarded by that company. This is the case of ambulance companies, hospitals, regulatory bodies for flights and others directly involved in air medical transport or executive air taxi.
    • Licenses – Airlife Ambulance is not responsible for any license to use third-party software, or ways in which it has access to the website, or content generated by this company.
    • Airlife Ambulance Rights – Airlife Ambulance owns all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, look and feel of the service, trade secrets, patents and other intellectual property rights associated with the website/services. The use of these copyrighted elements, trademarks, domains, logos, look and feel of the website/service, photos, trade secrets, patents and other intellectual property rights without express authorization is prohibited.
    • Limitation of Liability Airlife Ambulance shall not be liable for lost profits, consequential losses, punitive damages or special or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, website/services, resources and others presented here, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    • Availability of our Services – The Services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. This Company may discontinue some or all of the Services, including certain features and support for certain devices and platforms, at any time. Events beyond our control may affect access to the Website/Services, such as acts of God or force majeure.

    • The General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Law No. 13,709/2018, applies to personal data processing activities, under Brazilian legislation, with international foundations, and complements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

    • Doctors who have a partnership with Airlife Ambulance will be able to access test results and other patient information.
    • You will not transfer your rights or obligations under this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to anyone else. These terms do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
    • Nothing in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use is superior to the laws in force in the country in which the user is currently using the website/service.

    • Information will be maintained in accordance with the requirements of all regulatory bodies governing air medical transport and executive air taxi.
